Big Mouth Guy With Pillow

Here's a guy with a big mouth, and he's mouthing off. He has a patented pillow with him, maybe he's resting on it while he mouths off. He's got chaos in his mouth, and probably chaos coming out of his mouth. This image also appears to have extra space above the image, but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. "Resize to Content" doesn't work to reduce the space to just the image with that part. Thanks to @Tavin, @Arvin61r58 and @Firkin for the original artwork.

This one's a little more ambitious than my usual slapping together of things, I think I've figured out how to crop stuff. That extra space just defies my efforts to get rid of it though.
