Flag of California (thin border, monochrome, solid)

This image contains the Flag of the California. It was carefully designed to match the description of the flag as described in California Law 54-J-03. The bear was rendered directly using the official drawing found in the law. This also includes the grass plot. This is a monochrome and solid version with a thin border.
