fuki shoot

The image of "Fuki" shoot in my brain.　The atmosphere definitely

displays the existence of winter.



　　　”Fuki ” means "Petasites Japonicus" and "Fuki shoot" is called "Fuki-no-tou" in Japanese.

"Fuki shoot " is edible as vegetables in Asia including Japan,early spring.

"Fuki" doesn't taste so good.

It remains a particular bitterness even after pre -cooking procedure(Sorry,it may be able to be also called cooking) .

that is, "Fuki " can be precious in the way that it makes people feel the visiting of spring.
