String Art Animated

CSS animations are argued to be less CPU intensive than SMIL animations, but implementation is also an issue.



This clip art is smooth when the clipPath does not clip anything, but change the code so that the radius of the clipPath is 90 or less and Chrome and Safari browsers have very jerky animation. Firefox continues to provide a smooth animation. I did not test other browsers.
