real fractals seem to scale using the 'ruler function': 1,2,1,4,1,2,1,8,1,2,1,4... phrantz can now (try to) emulate this by 'skipping generations'.

coming soon: draw phrantz using a mouse like normal tools! also: phrantz27 (phrantz-vingt-sept) but ours goes to 27!

for those not following the software evolution: phrantz are fractal ants, whose dna is written in the phrench language...
