Customizable Road Sign Round Pixels

Remix to add xlink namespace to href attributes due to old apps requiring it.

Set up for a max message consisting of 5 rows of 10 characters. Each character is 50x70 pixels. Character spacing is 10 pixels. Line spacing is 20 pixels. So each character starts 60 pixels from the previous character start and each row starts 90 pixels from the previous row start.

Character definitions for A-Z, 0-9, and Question Mark (QM), Exclamation Point (EP), and apostrophe (APOS). Addition characters can easily be defined.

Road sign can be made to face right by changing transform attribute as defined by comments in the code. Pixels can be made square by removing rx="5" attribute.
