Express Animator
This is a program that lets you draw vector art and export it as SVG graphics. One nice feature is that you can import flash (SWF) files and export any frame as an SVG graphic.
Future Updates
The next update of Express Animator (due Feb 2008) will feature SVG import and will be compatible with at least 95% of the clipart from the Open Clipart Project. Thus this will make it possible to convert single frames of SWF to SVG and back again. The export will be improved to export gradients. There are no current plans to support SVG animation.
