All Open Clip Art Library clip art is stored as SVG (scalable vector graphics), a W3 open public standard vector graphics format.

Usage of Open Clip Art

One should be able to use, scale, clone, make money, make anything for free with Open Clip Art Library's SVG-based clip art images in any application that sufficiently supports the public standard, SVG. Projects that currently support SVG are: Inkscape, GIMP, Firefox, Scribus, Express Animator and several other applications. Please add your listing to the front page category on "Using Open Clip Art."
