How to Add Users to Our Hosting

1. Collect a user's name, e-mail, preferred username (and alternate in case), and ssh2 key. (keys should be attachments to the bug)
2. Contact us on one of the Communication Channels so someone with previous access can file the appropriate request to the support email at osuosl.org.
