Kaya is a coconut jam made from a base of coconut milk, eggs and sugar. It is popular with Malaysians, Indonesians and Singaporeans. There are two varieties.... nyonya kaya, which is is a lighter-green colour, and Hainanese kaya, which is a darker brown kind that uses caramelized sugar, changing the colour. I think the original clipart image wasn't serious, but "kaya" is a real food.
